  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • handful of raisins
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup xylitol (add to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
